Out

What should I do with myself tomorrow? I’ve been house-bound forever, and now I’m feeling better. Not walk-a-million-miles-around-the-city better, but got-to-get-out-of-this-apartment better. Damon is otherwise engaged. Movies? Museum? Pancakes? Shopping?

  1. Pancakes, then shopping. Go to a fancypants maternity store and buy an expensive garment that makes you feel great so you wear it all the time (mine was Habitual jeans), then buy something frivolous for the baby, like a silver rattle or expensive organic cotton onesie or shoes. Then pick up a magazine or brain candy novel to read while you get your toes done.

  7. Can I plan a spendy day or what? 😀
Otherwise, I’d buy a silly novel, get an ice cream cone, and read in the park.

  8. I loved both your ideas, and the weekend wound up being a mix and match. Pancakes and shopping were both involved.
