I’m on a roll! I haven’t started cooking yet, but I’ve got scented candles warming up the atmosphere and the place is starting to sparkle. The kitchen looks better than it ever has, I think. Part of my joy is certainly the packed pantry. I just wish I had the day off tomorrow. But I can’t do that every time Damon comes home any more than he can stop doing his shows when I come to see him. Still, I may take the 14th off, I’ll decide that later. Maybe if I do work that day it will give him a chance to fill the apartment with presents for me!
