As I started to write this entry, it occurs to me that posting stuff about “talent” I work with might be really stupid. Any ideas on how much protection making my journal “friends only” offers me? It’s something I switched over to a while ago, but I’m not sure that it affords me enough protection. Which is a shame because I get a little celebrity gossip kind of stuff that’s fun. But I guess I’ll have to keep my gossiping 1-on-1.
Here’s something I feel safe sharing: My collegue Mary worked on ‘The Manchurian Candidate’ and she said that Meryl Streep is everything you’d want her to be — smart, classy, friendly and low-maitenance. She said she didn’t have an on-set assistant (which is pretty unusual) because she felt she didn’t need one.

I feel the same way…have to be careful and all.
But, if you email me your gossip, I’ll email you mine…. 🙂

Done! Would you prefer second-hand B-list celebrity gossip or first-hand D-list celebrity gossip?
I’ll take anything from the office.

Ooh….first-hand D-list gossip please…and then the second-hand stuff if you have time. What can I say? I want it all!
